Hello all
I had a hearing yesterday- following a fact finding hearing in January in where the guardian and solicitor were present following the guardian giving her position statement.
A fact finding hearing found all ten allegations against me in January
The guardian recommended I take part in a DVPP course in which she has made enquiries into.
And also that a Psychological assessment is taken place which will cover the dynamics of the family.
Does anyone know what this involves, and or had any experience with this?
Im sorry Jonathan1122 but I have had little experience of what that involves, hopefully someone will be along to share their experiences with you.
Perhaps you could speak to the Guardian and ask for some information about the process. As they will be investigating the family dynamic, I imagine the psychologist will want to interview all members of the family to make a thorough assessment.
All the best
I'm afraid I'm in the same position as mojo, so can only go with the advice offered.
Had a quick search and thought you might find this helpful
