My ex has now decided she wants to move out the country

Hi if your ex has indicated a desire to leave the country, depending on how soon you think this might happen, you can apply for an emergency PSO and CAO to get the ball rolling on the two issues.

And i can do this using just one c100 or would i need 2?

You just use one C100 and tick the PSO & CAO boxes. You will pay one fee.

I think pabz has only recently been to court for CAO.

Was anything said during the final hearing about her leaving the country/relocating?

You willed to send copies x 3 of the completed C100 too.
