Are prohibited steps orders and penal notices worth the paper they are written on or are they much they same as child arrangement orders not worth the paper they are write on when the other party is non compliant
Hi,
I cant answer your question im afraid but i will agree that child arrangement orders aint worth the ink used to write them. Its all down to the mother, if the mother dont want you to be a part of your child's life then you wont be a part of your child's life, thats a fact. They are just as if not more powerful than any family judge as 99% of the time they will not force any mothers to do anything they dont want to do
I was successful in a contact order 2 and a half years ago, but that was simply because the mother of my daughters family pushed her and pretty much forced her to let me be a part of my childs life, i shot myself in the foot by turning my anger a frustration on them and now im screwed as they will no longer step in and help me, I then stupidly went on and upset the mum again Dec 2015, and i have not seen my daughter since yes, DEC 2015!!.. i have nobody to blame but myself but my point is you need to act like a puppy and keep the mommy sweet.
I hope people read this and take it in as advice
Paul
