Hello. It is likely that a Prohibited Steps Order shall be made as a result of my exes lies, there is nothing I can do about that - she has been believed and I have not.

Can anyone with experience of a Prohibited Steps Order tell me what happens next? Does this absolve me at all of Parental Responsibility in relation to CSA payments?

Hi,

What is the PSO in relation to? To stop you seeing child? In that situation you would still be responsible for financially supporting child.

Both parents are responsible for the costs of raising their children, even if they do not see them. https://www.gov.uk/child-maintenance-service
