if you have a lawyer then do as he/she says... but well done. little steps turn in to miles . as for school it is better to play safe and not ruin any chance of contact . your children would love you to attend a school play say at Christmas and you may get extra time with them, ask your solicitor if this could be written in instead of telephone contact.
