Having completed my time in court , they required a position statement from both parents to be given to both the court and each other by 4pm . my ex wife failed to do this and on looking at my statement gave me hers three hours too late after the specified time. Does this statement still count or is it now non and void ?

That would be up to the court to decide, strictly speaking late filing can lead to a statement being set aside, so that any evidence that is referred to in the statement can’t be relied upon. That said, courts can show leeway about this, especially if the party isn’t legally represented.
