You do need to keep it brief and to the point, I'm sure once you've drafted it, myself or any of the other Moderators would be happy to look over it for you.
How can I send you a copy?
You can send a private message. If you click on the persons name it will take you to their profile page and on the left hand side at the bottom it's says "send a message" with a blue bubble, click on that and it will take you to your private messaging section, just put your message in the box and send.
