On the face of it this certainly seems like your ex is trying to build up a history of DV allegations against you. these she will almost certainly throw at you even more at court.

Do you have legal representation or are you doing it yourself?

if you have legal rep then speak with them and ask for them to get the police to disclose there notes/records to the courts. if there are no real issues then you will be able to back up your side of events as she is now falsely claiming things just to add delay and prevent you seeing your children.

if you have no legal rep then i'd bring this to the attention of the judge and suggest the courts request full police disclosure....when you get the records go throught them carefully and use these to prove your side of things.

be careful and keep notes, records, everything on any event your ex tries to bring up, if you have any proof....emails text where she has been absuive to you keep these for court and use them to defend yourself.
