hi i need some help please regarding my daughter. me and her mother split a few years ago and ive been on a restraining order which is about to expire.. all i would like is some up to date photpgraphs of my daughter but she will not communicate with me.. i must have rights so have photos at least as ive been stopped contact and not aloud to see her...

I would have a chat with a solicitor about how to approach this one as the last thing you want to do is try and contact her only for her to ask for a new restraining order to be drawn up.
Make an appointment with a local solicitor and ask their advice.
