Hi,
I am supposed to facetime my son every week, but due to his mother shouting in the background and using him to transfer messages it stopped.
We arranged for it to start again, but she never answered the phone calls.
The school said they will facilitate calls a they do for other parents, but his mother said she doesn't want that, so they have said they can't?
What rights do I have there? I have full PR and know the school and they know me..
Mark
Hi Yoda,
Yeah my court order is minimum contact of one call a week via facetime.. but this has never happened.
The school, said yes it was fine.. then no because she objected and they want to be impartial ? But that is surely siding with her ?
If it's not defined in the order that the phone call / facetime is to be at school then the school will do what they've done.
i've had all sorts of issues getting school to talk to me and have eventually had to result to threating them with going to the area education authority regarding their non-cooperation with me as a parent with PR and proven by court orders etc...
sounds like you need to contact the courts / judge to explain that their order is not being complied with to see if judge will bring it back for review or seek enforcement of order.
if she's not allowing the ordered contact / phone call / facetime then she's not complying with the court order
