Was trouble with the website.
Wife has put al my personal property in to storage leaving me with a bill for £200 a month.
I have been advised to write to her solicitor and ask for costs to be deducted from the financial settlement.
I was going to collect my tools but feel that this has been done to remove anything that would remind the children of dad.
Did she give you the opportunity to arrange for them to be collected first?
It would be difficult to prove that she was removing your possessions to wipe you out of the children’s life.
Could you not just collect your possessions and state that she has arranged the storage so it's her responsibility to pay for it? She hasn't had your permission to do so and I assume you haven't signed anything.
