Paternity leave outside uk
Hello, If I have been working in the UK for the many years with the same employee but am looking to take paternity leave to be with my partner who currently resides in Latvija,Is this ok? Am I still eligible for paternity pay?

This is an odd one, I would say yes you are as you are still becoming a father, but I'm not 100% sure.

I would contant acas and ask them for some advice, they would be able to give you the best answer. They are there to give advice to employers and employees on the law.
