Do the courts acknowledge the above in respect of how fathers are treated??
Looks like I'm going to court after 8 months of pure mental torture from my ex in respect of my daughter.

Hi There,

The courts tend to be able tto see past one or the other party be obstructive and act accordingly, I know when I went for my first hearing my ex was being obstructive and asking for unreasonable things to happen.

what kind of things has she done/said?
