Hi,
I'm trying to work out a visitation agreement for my 5 month old son who is in Switzlerland. I've had a proposal from his mother that I need to respond to.
Anyone have any templates/previous examples of agreements with infants long distance? I can't see him till we've agreed this and it's killing me
bumping this. no one? anyone? no one has a child abroad? lucky people, then 🙂
...I did have a look around for you but didnt find a template. I did find this and thought I'd link it as you may find it useful.

There are some parenting plans in the stickys at the top of the legal eagle section which you may be able to tailor to your needs.
Good luck
thanks, i did find a few bits. lots of stuff from the states which is quite understanding towards fathers. I fear the environment which I'm involved in (Switzerland) may not be.
