Order for Parental Alienation

Hello people,

I am wanting to know what order or help is available for parental alienation/ and also the abuse which I have endured during and post separation. I have proof and evidence that my child is also at risk of harm but my ex has a NMO application for harassment when I contacted to relevant services regarding my concerns. (I am contesting this order)

Myself or my family cant contact her or her family and we have no way of knowing that my child is safe and well. I am becoming increasingly concerned and I have tried to contact the ex's solicitors but they ignore everything. I feel completely helpless and she has covered every possible direction that I can go.

Hi, do you have a court in place for child arrangements? If not a NMO does not prevent you from applying for one.

If you believe your child is at risk of harm then presumably you have contacted social services?  It is only harassment if you keep calling them.  If your child is old enough for school you could talk to them.  I agree with Bill that you should make an application for contact.  There are some useful guides on the advicenow.org.uk website
