Hi i've been fighting the csa for many years now... but just today i get a letter saying there going to take monies from my employer...anyway this is whats happend,
over the last few weeks... they ask me for money.
so we agreed on so much per month which i have been paying and now this!! as they did agree with our arrangement and i have been paying can they now turn around and change our verbal agreement. i did get the court order but didn't bother with it, as i (more fool me) thorough it had been sorted out ??? btw my son is now 24 years old 😡
how to fu*k the csa(parasites) up .. there is no point in working..you will need a good reason not to be working .just go on the dole if the fu78kers find you.they can do jack wile ur on the dole. let them spend time and money trying to find you... work for an agency... never get in debt..... NEVER GET IN DEBT ... just reiterating that ... if they bother your employer leave your job... these parasites are persistent.. there are laws that say government departments cant trade information but they do... so after 20years of me fighting them there government as devalued the pound so much i owe the parasites next to nothing now 😛 i'm just playing there game 🙂
and btw if they say there going to send the bailiff in wrong they cant.... all they can do is pis9 off your employer this is ofc a debt not a on going case ie your child is under 16
i guess they have spent 10 times more trying to find me than its worth.... so i guess these parasites have a remit to upset us... so the more fails these parasites have the better... eventually this government department will crash and burn... there only here to re coupe government losses
they have NO interest in your children or weather you live or die
The CSA was planned to be replaced by some new body that were going to reorganise how things were done, however that agency was abolished earlier on this year and all responsibilities for it have been absorbed into the DWP. The CSA still exists as a 'brand name' but the organisation actually running things is the DWP, and as far as I am aware there are no specific plans to change the threasholds that currently exist.
