hi,

as far as am aware, she does not have to inform you. do have any contacts with her family/friends, if she is not communicating with you?

@bill337 no she moved away & doesnt talk with anybidy who still talks to me (my mates missus told me the [censored] of my kid & when my ex found out that she'd told me my ex blocked her from contacting her again).

Do i just wait it out until the due date then get a lawyer to find out for me?  But then my daughter will be weeks/months old before i get to meet her 😥

yes unfortunately you may have to wait it out until after due date. she may make a claim for child support. and if you make court application in future, court can try locate her to serve papers.
