[Solved] Not finding a contact centre

Hi I have a court order for finding an additional contact centre for each week , giving me more contact with my daughter supported by cafcas and the court , I been through 6 centers each one the ex says no , I found another and she agreed then few weeks later she decided that it was unsafe as there fire escape is unmand and found a centre 2 hours away from me and it's 25 per hour ..but still is dragging her heels about going this has been going on for 5 weeks now .

If you have an order stating supervised contact in a contact centre is to start and the mother is obstructing this, you should write to the judge that made the order and ask for it to be brought back to court for urgent new directions, as you have given 6 choices and she is refusing all of them, hence obstructing contact.

If they won't bring it back to court, you can also apply for urgent new directions in the dieting case using form C2, there is a fee for doing this.
