Hi I'm after but of advice to weather someone has been in same situation that I'm in at the moment,
Just a little back ground, back in 2009 I have a custody battle for all three of my children from a previous marriage.
I won full residency of all my children and mother was left with no rights including no contact rights.
But some how she managed to go to court and get a non molestation order against myself for her and my children who I have full residency of. I have her paper application as she gave it to me by mistake and upon reading her application she stated there was no previous order.
I need advice on to how I can fight this as i was UN able to attend the 48hr notice hearing, and get my child back to safety from where she was taken from in the first place. And help or guidance on this would be really appreciated thank you.

I would give the corams children's legal centre a call as soon as possible (it can take time to get through, so have patience) - my thought is that you should appeal this order, but I think you need qualified legal advice on this.

I would call the court immediately, or better still, call in personally with a copy of the residence order and they should do something about this.

As actd says call Coram too, their lines are very busy so persevere until you get through. I'll link you to their contact details.

Some solicitors also offer a free initial consultation which you may find useful too.

I'm going to move this into the Legal Eagle section as I think it will get more response there and it is a legal matter.
