[Solved] non molest contast

HI all,

Make the story short my wife left me in july with my children and after realising she can't get a council home she then try to do a non mol and residency order.
I went on the court hearing and she agreed as it was no pointy to drop the pursuit of non residency order.
I asked to make an undertake but she dismiss and request to keep her non molestation order as this will help to get a social housing.
I made a cross non molesation before the court hearing
I was advised by my solicitor it will cost me £2000 to 5000 to go for full hearing.
I didn't know what to do so I say i cant afford to go for full hearing so droped my non molestation order and ask for undertake.

I believe I was wrongly advised and realise that my wife brought nothing no evidence no finding nothing but I had a strong evidence again her but it looks like the judge didn't even read my reply.

QUestion is can I ask for a full contested hearing now? how do I do that?

She is using the non molestation to absolutly distroy my life, blackmail all my friend again me, stop me even to access my children surgery to see if they are ok even know if they still registered I cant access.
She change my kids school and portrait me as abuser and my children school are reluctant against me.
But this in only a small portion of what she is doing now.

I am currently trying to access my children via c100 and c1a.
Please, not that nothing was mention regarding the children safeguarding but still took my children away and block me all access.
Now all here stories were lies and I was told later on that she basically after been refused council home first got to a Woman association and ask her to tick the box and do those allegations, none of them are true and no proof evidence nothing was given to me or my solicitor yet

How do I request a full contested hearing?
Please let me know as I now spoken to many associations and CAB etc.. and they all told me looking at the case that this should have been dismissed straight away and I was wrongly advised and fooled.

She has legal aid and I was worried for money as I dont understand this court stuff and I needed to save money to get my children.

She changes my kid's school and portraits me as an abuser and my children school are reluctant against me. My children are devastated and I hardly see them when she decides 2 hours supervised always somewhere different sometimes 2 weeks sometime 3 weeks waiting.
But this is only a small portion of what she is doing now.

The worst is one of her friends told me that once she gets council home she can drop the non-mole anytime.
