I have not been anywhere near ex for ten years and she is considering making a non molestation order against me im clean as a whistle when it come to police does she stand a chance of getting one shes had ten years and out of blue has started making up pure lies and bullshit in a last attemp to get a solicator in on going child contact case
..my last application in court was december 2016 i ended it this year thinking i made the right call....since 2016 i have not seen ex in person or phone email anything and when i have seen her in street ive went nowhere near her and protected myself by ring police...all the allergations the lies shes said not once has she mentioned them in any of her witness statements or interviews with cafcass....and out of the blue she has just brought up these lies and also considered non mol order ...
I don't know the ins and outs of NMOs. What makes you think she is considering applying for one? When you say it's to get a solicitor, do you mean legal aid? If so, I wouldn't have thought that would be enough to get legal aid.

she is saying she is thinking about making a application for a non mol in a c1a form she has said she is considering making one...as i said in ten years since we broke up there was no complaints to police at all about violence or harrasment...the only thing is the police in october 2016 give me a pin notice ...even tho all i did was try to resolve our contact arrangments for our child i she stopped contact in october 2016 ....my last application ended in 2018 january as i made a bad choice to let child decide when they where ready to see me however now i have made a new application in april these lies and threat of taking out a non mol order on me have come up .i have already told court it is a last attemp to gain a upper hand in court but it was first hearing and all they did was send us away for a cafcass report to get done .
It might be a good idea to speak to the police yourself with your concerns about this. If you haven't been near her or made any attempt to contact her, I can't see how she would be successful... but it isn't difficult to get one in place.
Just protect yourself as much as you can, no contact with her whatsoever and hope that it comes to nothing.
