[Solved] No Bundle - What to present to rely on ??

Hi All,

After a battle over the preparation of the bundle my ex now doesn't have to do it as she got her solicitor to state she couldn't afford it on a low income etc , it's been decided that no bundle will be required for our case at the moment.

my real question is I have provided a very informed statement with evidence on the points I have raised, in my case my ex is in a relationship with a man whom is very violent and an alcoholic

my ex really doesn't have any care for our children, I have to cut their nails, hairs, even clean their ears things she just doesn't bother with, I know really small things but she just does the basic care and when s**t hits the fan they get money thrown at them, LEGOLAND, London shows, pepperpig world etc .. big gestures to make her look like she really cares but it's a cover up for hitting the children proving this is obviously not going to happen,

if people can say what they have presented ect

I was thinking of a short thing on the effects of DV but I am sure the magistrates know this don't want to appear patronising

9 days till final hearing

edited to reduce information to make sure I am not in contempt of court in anyway

Any one sent the courts a skeleton argument beforehand ?

I would consider submitting the skeleton argument roughly a week before the hearing as this may be the only document the judge reads.

Keep it succint.

Why do you have a legal advisor?

Anyways fingers crossed for you.

Think the legal advisor notes everything down and helps the magistrates with what they can or can not do ?

sadly court is Thursday so I will have to rely on the statement that has gone before and the contested evidence and speech I give on the day ....nerves getting to me a bit
