Hello, 

 

I have not seen or heard from my son in 30 days as mum has stopped my access.

I have seen a solicitor on 7th July who's told me to wait 3 weeks after Initial letter was sent to re instate contact. It's been 2 weeks and mum has not responded. I know she's in possession of the letter my solicitor sent. 

I am aware of the c100 form in England, is there something similar in Scotland I can do without a solicitor?

I'm not entitled to legal aid, and potential costs of this are worrying me should mum drag this out....which she appears to be doing with a delayed response.

Hi,

In Scotland they don't have c100 form, they have something called a writ.
