hi,

have you been denied access to children?

info:

An ex parte non-molestation order is a civil order that protects a victim of domestic abuse by preventing the abuser from harassing or molesting them, without notifying the abuser. The term "ex parte" means "without notice".

The court may make an ex parte order in exceptional circumstances, such as when the victim's safety is immediately threatened. The court will consider the application without the abuser present, and then hold a hearing to give the abuser notice to attend. The abuser will have 14 days to list the matter for a return hearing, where they can defend themselves and respond to the order. The court will then decide whether to dismiss or discharge the order, or list the matter for another hearing.

@igra Hi

I went through this statement.

It comes through later on also at the hearing if it gets that far.

Read the order or application it will advise if it states xyz then that is what you have to do (Has the court stamped no it's an application so they may not disclose why then a hearing as stated 09/20. will enforce or uphold the order / Application against or not but for this to happen someone has gone running and stated that something allegedly happened I have learned it's not worth the panic or stress (Easey said) at present everything is out of your control onwards keep all correspondence in order

@djsmith yes we received the statement today from her solicitor after I emailed for it.

Fabricated and untruths throughout including a sexual abuse allegation she says happened 8 yrs ago . Why would she still have been with me and planning to get married? I've had a lucky escape.

Not sure what to write on the ex741? Should I allow questioning bit worried although I'm innocent apart from a few texts responding to her calling me a sperms donor!!!

Any advice?
