hi everyone,
iv been working away and on wednesday the 13th of june iv heard theres a new law coming in about how dads rights are going to get better can anyone share any light on this for me as iv not seen but heard it was on news, would like to know how it will change anything if it does at all, many thanks ryan.
I don't think it's finalised yet, but the basic idea as I understand it as that the starting point is that both parents have a right to access (assuming no welfare issues) of the children and there will be penalties put in place should those not be given. It won't give equal access to both parents.
