Hi Slim, hopefully as you say, she might be shocked into sorting this out. To be honest, it's disgusting this has been allowed to happen and makes a mockery of the order that you've been issued with.
As you're asking for urgent new directions, I wouldn't see a wait longer than 4-6 weeks would be necessary. Possibly try calling the court contact centre and ask how quickly directions hearings are being issued for? At our court, the current wait time is 5 weeks for cases under 2 hours long......
Good luck 🙂
I know she is just laughing in the face of the system, her HV who used to be a DV officer and who has been coaching her all the way through this has told her that there's no way the courts will make a mum with a disabled child do unpaid work, fine her, make her do community service or go to prison and she knows the system inside out and knows for a fact cafcass would advise against all that too, I think the only thing that will scare her is a change of residency for my Daughter. Looking at it theres no way my ex is ever going to change as she is a full blown alcoholic and until she gets help with that she will never change.
I don't want my Girl to grow up in such hostility and be groomed all her life to hate me I would love to go for full custody to stop that happening to my Girl but I can't see how I could manage it when I've gone through all this s**t just to get a contact order.
