Hi,
I have a final hearing coming up and would like to submit various evidence including, audio, video and documents. I would like somebody to tell me if I am allowed to put them all on a CD or do in need to print out the documents?

Thanks
Amir

The courts won't always accept video or recorded evidence - it's their choice, so the best option you have is to transcribe it all onto paper, and submit that to the court and ask them if they will view/list to the recordings - it's up to them then whether they will or not, but at least you have got the evidence in front of them if they refuse,
Certainly, print out any documentation you have for the court to read.

You must ask the court for permission to file any evidence first, you can also ask for permission to use audio/video evidence...it's a grey area and it may not be allowed, especially if it was done without the knowledge of the person being recorded.

As actd has said, it's probably advisable to transcribe your recordings onto paper, but you will still need to ask permission to file them with the court to She as evidence. Anything you file, you should also provide a copy to the other party.
