Basically im a father of 4 I have two step sons and I have two daughters.
My eldest daughter is from a previous relationship she is 4. Her mother lets me see or speak to her. She told the police I was harrasing her because I kept calling her to speak to my child. The police let me go with no charge. Baring in mind we have joint custody and she is breaching the rules. I can't afford a soliistor so I am struggling on answers I will never give up on my little girl but I don't know what to do next?
The mother DOESNT let me see my daughter I was meant to say
Hi there
When you say you have joint custody and she is breaching the rules, does that mean you have a court order for contact? If this is the case then you can apply to court for an Enforcement Order, it would only cost you £95 in court fees and you don't need a solicitor. There are many here that self represent with some success.
