Hi all, i am new here.
Wondering if you can help ?
go a beautiful daughter 1.5yrs old, she is my life and i love her with all my heart. I am registered on birth certificate, unfortunately we have split up.
she informs me she may be moving , also wants me to see her as and when she says, i have lost my job and am now homeless staying with a friend, desperately trying to get work for fuel to travel. do i have any rights to see her or any say whats so ever

Yes, you do have rights - have a read of yoji's guide to representing yourself at the top of the legal section, though the first thing to consider is mediation.
