[Solved] My horror story - introduction

I started family proceedings almost two years ago. Some of you know my story.

Over the next few weeks I will try to post details of the absolute horror story that I have experienced in the family courts. This has now resulted in the court ordering supervised contact until my children are 18.

My ordeal started with a judge blackmailing me and perverting the course of justice and has been a catalog of nightmares ever since at the hands of barristers, cafcass, the police and my local MP. I have seen cafcass and the courts lie, twist evidence, suppress evidence and completely destroy my life and my relationship with my children.

I have now witnessed first hand the corruption that these people are capable of and how this corruption is supported by everyone in the industry, all the way up to government.

For now, I am attempting to compile an appeal and dealing with serious depression. I will attempt to reveal the details of my story as and when I can.

For those that are able, I would request that you hear my story and offer as much advice and assistance as you can to help me combat the decisions and injustice of the courts and to expose this to the public.

In the meantime, could the moderators please confirm if it is possible to upload audio recordings of my conversations with people regarding my case. I will of course edit the files to remove any names.

i would avoid putting up audio recordings. if you are still involved in any appeals or proceedings, this will only go against you. as soon as you start recording people covertly, without permission, then the deck will just be stacked against you.

Thank you for your concern Bill. I believe that as long as the recordings do not reveal anyone's identity I should be ok.

I will reply as soon as I can - it needs to be told in full context.

I really don’t think it’s a good idea to upload audio recordings of conversations with anyone involved in your case, for us it would be a matter of data protection and I’m pretty sure Admin wouldn’t allow it.

Be very careful about revealing details of your case, that’s classed as contempt of court and it could get you in a whole heap of trouble, especially if you’re intending to appeal.
