Depends what the order asks for . I was interviewed but there wasn’t a transcript nor do I imagine they make them as a matter of course . The police just had brief notes so that’s what the court got . If you want to include what’s been said in interview you can get the recording under disclosure
If you have pictures you want to use then yes use them .say for example your ex leaves the house a tip when the kids are there and you have photos of it then in your statement you’d say the ex leaves the house filthy and it’s un hygneic etc . Please see JB1 and include the picture on a separate page and label it jb1.
The order will tell you when the court and the other side need to have received the documents so just stick to that otherwise it will look bad
