Hi there

I'm so sorry you have had to deal with such distressing allegations, but it sounds like the authorities have a good grasp of the truth and hopefully things will improve.

I think it's understandable that the court must take all allegations seriously, until they can be investigated... their only priority is to protect the children and act in their best interests. Once it has been determined that the allegations are without merit, I'm pretty sure they will order that contact resumes, although they may want this to be supervised to begin with, this can happen in a Contact Centre, or accassionally with a trusted third party in attendance, usually a close family member,
