Well that was quick , NFA investigation closed in just over 3 weeks .

Next step I guess is SS and how I can see my daughter

Do you have to go through SS? I would have thought that you can now liaise with the mother directly, unless she is against you contacting her, in which case I would suggest mediation. This is the first step before a court order for contact can be applied for anyway.

Perhaps a letter might help, to clear the air between you, I understand that this might be difficult for you, but it's a means to an end, to try and get contact with your daughter up and running again. I would suggest you let her know that you don't hold a grudge, that you get that it was a huge misunderstanding and reassure her that your daughter was and always will be safe with you. She may be feeling worrried about how things will be between you after what has happened, and some reassurance from you that you want to draw a line under it might be helpful. I know she doesn't deserve your understanding, but it's not for her, it's for your daughter.

All th best

I have a direct ss contact , so if they wish me to contact daughters mother, I will directly if not then I will arrange through ss . [censored] in their court. If both deny access then I will go through the courts

Social services have replied, and said they have no concerns.. and contact must be arranged between myself and the mother.

Message sent to mother few days ago, no Reply.

As expected it looks like is now a legal fight for access.

Update.. yes she has replied but is STILL denying access after SS and Police have no concerns.
Mediation then Court now look like the most likely routes.
