It's been awhile I was here last, my ex took my daughter away and refused me assess to her, one day in nov last year, she left our two year old daughter alone in the house from around 7.30am till around 10.56pm at night, lucky for my daughter a neighbour saw her after crying her eyes out and called the police who later took her to socials, when asked where the father of the child was ex refused to give them details and then started her lines of allegations, stating that I beat her regularly, raped her, pushed her out of the house, masturbated in front of my daughter, lucky for me I kept txt messages btw us from as far back as 2011 and was able to pull up evidence where she had asked me to have [censored] in the presence of our daughter and I refused, also police reports where she had said I did not rape her, funny enough the time she said I raped her was when I was at work, short and long of it was after her lawyers got a look at my statement they told her damage limitation was her best choice, to enable her have regular contact, so she dropped all allegations yesterday and dropped her custody battle as well, which means I now have full custody, am so glad it's been a crazy one year ride, sleepless night but it was all worth it
That is fantastic news for you and your daughter. I am so very pleased for both of you. :cheer:
Nice one. Always good to hear about something going right to us dads.
Thanks for posting this it gives other dads like me hope.
I still say that the forum ought to have a separate section for people to share their good news to give others that hope that there are people getting to see their kids or managing to win small or large battles to enable them to be the parents their children deserve.
so come on Mods how about it, a dedicated section for good news ? 🙂
