[Solved] Mother's day ?

Hi,
I have an order for alternate weekends.
My weekend falls on mother's day and the order includes the following text:

"In respect of Mothers and Fathers day xxx is to spend the day with the appropriate parent. If the normal pattern is broken the pattern is to resume the on the following weekend"

I just wanted to double check, but the way I read this either:
1) is I still do pickup on Friday 24th March after school and drop off Sunday morning (no time is mentioned though)
or
2) I loose that weekend, but get the next weekend

My Ex never responds to my queries so just wanted to see what the consensus was on here and I will then inform her what I will do.

Thanks

It only specifies the day so you should arrange to return her to her Mum on the Sunday.

Its a shame you can't negotiate with the Mum, if Father's Day falls on her weekend she would have to do the same for you, so it would be to her benefit to work out how it will work.

Hi There,
.
I agree with Mojo, the way that is written it seems that it is just the day that you need to give up, so drop back on the Sunday morning rather than the evening.

Thanks,
I've sent and email and text to say I will drop our son off so he spends the DAY with her.
