Up to now Iβve been self representing my self as not currently in an financial position to pay for solicitor or barrister fees, donβt really know what to expect originally about 2 hearings ago cafcass has no issues with me seeing my son, then the last hearing they wasnβt in attendance than this just out of the blue came as a shock, the whole final hearing was based around Iβd like to say polite black mail, from the judge and the barrister stating if I donβt accept something now I wonβt be in court for another 6-8 months and that I might not get any more time or even win the non molestation, so Iβm ashamed to say but I bowed down and accepted the days they was willing to give me to just to put this court behind me and playing the long game.. now thatβs all out the window and Iβm back in court π
