Medical evidence for court to refute false allegations

One of the false allegations made by my wife is that I self harm by cutting myself with a breadknife. I have bad excema and I scratch my arms when my medication does not work but I certainly don't use a breadknife.

I have listed and photographed the various excema medications. Should I give a copy to the judge at the hearing or email to the court before the hearing

Evidence is only admissable if submitted as an exhibit with your statement. Don't adhoc email  court evidence or bring it to a hewring.

Furthermore self harm is a mental health condition, not a risk to the public. Some people self harm or have done so in the past. However, it's not a valid reason for restricting contact with children.

Sometimes the court will accept late evidence but you need to have enough copies to give to the other side as well as the Judge.  You could write a position statement for the hearing and include this information.
