Just had wind of the results of these 2 reports.
The consultant neurologists report states that my ex doesnt have any issues with bringing our children up yet misses an important part which is a psycometric test as her decision making and planning is not good. It also acknowledges her use of cannabis from 13 but syas she is clear in the past 6 months so thats fine.
A drugs test supports this however I know she has been taking it during this time yet it doesnt show on th etest as it was a small amount.
Social service have just told me on the telephone that they think my ex is coping fine despite her neing cared for my her parents now. When I asked what they think about her bringing the children up on her own they responded, we can only go on what we see.
My solicitor tells me it doesnt look good but all is not lost.
I am beside myself as this women is both physicaly and mentaly handicapped with a drug problem.
So much for puttin gmy faith i the process.
Regards,
Dave
