How long will the mediator give my ex to reply to my request for mediation before she signs the papers for court. Originally she told me 10 days which is tomorrow but now she said she's going to give her another 10 days. When I was hoping to apply for court tomorrow

I'm not sure if there are time frame guidelines for the mediators to adhere to but 10-20 days does sound the norm. You could ask the mediators office if they have rules to abide by.
One of our members might know more about that part of the process than me.
