[Solved] mediate before litigate clause

I'm in Florida, and I just went to family mediation 3 months ago. I have spent over 1000. On mediation. My daughters mother is requesting mediation once again, everytime she doesn't agree with our contract she calls for mediation. I have told the mediator this time I would like to speak with my attorney prior to scheduling. And the mediator told me NO my contract has a mediate before litigate clause, and j need to schedule ASAP! Is this right? I just feel I'm spending more and more on this and the mom will never be fully satisfied!! Any advise would help! Thanks

Hi there

I'd like to help but US laws are different to those here in the UK and I haven't any idea how your system works I'm afraid. Sorry I can't help.
