hi there. i'm really not very good with these chat things so forgive me!! i know this question has probably been asked a million times already but i just cannot seem to be able to find the answer. my son is 17 and at sixth form right now but will be going to university next year. my question is, when do i stop having to pay maintenance to his mother? hope you can help. nick.
ps. the csa is not involved. all payments throught his life have been direct to his mother. not sure if this is relevent.
just after the general ruling...if there is one!
If the payments were via the CSA it would be until your lad was 19 not sure how you want to go about it
