Hello I just wanted to ask can me ex wife ( we are separated) claim for my 18 year old son even though he does not live with her and resides in a house with his eldest brother works part-time and is at college?
Is she claiming child benefit - if so, then possibly. Is tbere a case with CSA or CMS at the moment? If not, I'd be inclined to call her bluff if she tries to claim maintenance, but it might be worth giving CMS a call.
