i have only just joined as I did not know about this site till yesterday but to get the ball rolling......A section 91 barring order is to finish in feb 2017 so a fresh application for contact/residence is to be submitted.
According to the childrens advice line I need a c100 c1a and a c79 , would I be right in saying that as the mother has clearly breached the court order twice I will be in court within 4 weeks?
and how may the courts deal with this?
