Hi all.
I was at court on Monday self representing in my case for an enforcement order. During the directions hearing my ex partner has resorted to telling the judge a few lies.
I am lost about what to write and confused. So will try and explain.
My partner raised concerns to the judge after apparently being told by my 4 year old daughter. In fact most of what was said was freely given to my ex from my partner during a meeting they had.
At no time during the meeting that my ex raised any concerns. Now on Monday during the court case she had concerns.
My partner was requested during the previous hearing not to make arrangements that would impact on my time with my daughter. Well she did. Contact hardly took place because off this. On Monday the judge made an order that for the following month that my partner is not allowed near my daughter. My ex sated that I will not follow the order and asked for assurance my partner wont be around my daughter.
I feel I need to write to the judge but not sure what to state. This is unfair and the lies should be challenged.
Any advise?
thanks in advance.
