[Solved] Legal Aid

Hi everyone.
I have 2 daughters both under 8.Their mother moved them away just under 2 years ago.
I've had nothing but problems with her and her boyfriend since.
Long story short.
I wanted regular access so i appointed a solicitor using Legal Aid (To which i still make a monthly contribution)
We went through mediation and drew up a routine , which to be fair was working in my favour.
Now she has gone against it (booking holidays in my summer shut down for one)
I got back in touch with my solicitor who subsequently turned around and said he couldn't help me (nor could any other solicitor )for 6 months after my case was closed.
Surely if the problems with my daughters mother have resurfaced then i can still get advice and be represented in court if need be Legal Aid or otherwise?

Hi

You are certainly able to represent yourself without any need for legal aid. which may be a good option.
