hi obiWan and welcome to the forum

the first question I would ask is have you considered speaking to Relate to see if the relationship can be saved?

Yes we have tried relate, that didn't work too well.
We are both seeing our own counsellors.
I just need to know what my legal situation is whilst running parallel with trying to fix the problems.
Thanks

Hi

Have a read of yoji's guide to representing yourself and the C100 at the top of the legal section - it will give you a good idea of what the process is, and give you a good basis to decide if you wish to represent yourself, which will save you a lot in solicitors fees.

If you are at a stage of being able to agree on matters, then you should really be looking at mediation as this is far more preferable than court (but read yoji's guides anyway)
