Hi,
Hoping someone can help. I'm looking to find legal representation that specifically deals with mens / fathers rights, or at least lists this as one of their areas of work - there seems to be a few that search engines are bringing up in England but none I can find in Scotland.
It's important to me to have representation that understands the cause and is as driven to fight against the inequalities in the law that effect fathers as I am - many of the websites i find carry pictures of a mother and child in their "Family Law" section.
If anyone knows of any practices please share!
Thanks
Hi there
Here's a link to Legal 500 that list the best solicitors in the UK, Scotland to be more specific. It goes without saying that the more highly regarded the legal firm, the more they are likely to charge.

It might also help to contact Families Need Fathers Scotland, they may be able to advise you further. Here's a link to their website...if you scroll down to the bottom of the page you'll find the details for Scottish meetings and contact numbers.
