What an absolute joke.
The hearing has had to be adjourned because the psychologist didn't bother turning up on time...I wont go in to too much detail for fear of it uncovering me.
But as the Psyc is key to this case as the judge agrees then psyc has to be present and given time to read the case again to refresh their memory.
Seriously seriously Pee'd off
Total waste of a day off work.
Thank God I'm not paying for legal representation like the ex is lol
Oh no.....how long has it been adjourned for? Really winds me up when things like this happen. It's people's lives that are getting messed up!
I was in court a couple of months ago & when we arrived we were told that the hearing wasn't until 6 weeks later. The court had sent out the wrong date!!
i dont know, waiting on new dates. could be a month could be 5 months.
the judge has said he needs it listed as his priority case and he's having his people look at who they can move out to get this case in soonest.
certainly won't be within next 3-4 weeks
Oh that's ridiculous. I'm so sorry to hear that you're going to have to wait again!!
New dates been sent through..... mid-August!!! you couldn't make this up if you tried!!
i contacted the court straight away explained how urgent it was and they came back with, spoken to the judge and unfortunately can't move any other cases he has to fit this in any sooner.
to put it politely i am not a happy boy today!:(
