Hello, I posted a couple of times previously. I am due a second hearing regarding relocation of my son in a few week, but am late submitting my personal statement of facts/history as really struggling how to lay it out. Can I be penalised for this?

It can have an effect, you may well be told off, but they could refuse to allow you to file your statement. I would advise that you call the court and explain that you're struggling with how to make the statement and ask for extra time.

Here's some links to info about how to structure statements and also a template that you can use.

It's important that you get on with it quickly and keep the court informed.

Best of luck
