I have to agree with the sentiment of the other posters.
When my ex decided that we were going to separate, I thought for a long time that maybe we could work things out, that by ceding ground she would see me as someone wanting to reasonably work things out and that things would get better.
Biggest mistake I ever made. All I got in return was less and less time with my son, then having to go to court to (successfully) defend against an application for a non molestation order and now being told I can only see my son in a contact centre.
Don't wait, act now. You have a strong case to keep the children with you.
Don't listen to a word of what your ex is telling you, she is not looking after your best interests.
